Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Frances Valentine pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise within 30 days of purchase. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label and a return packing slip to include inside your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, please allow 7-10 business days for the credit to appear on your original payment method.
